To prepare the Cordial: Place every ingredients in a pan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing to dissolve. After that, remove from the burner allowing it to cool entirely. Decant to a sterilised bottle, cap it and store chilled, it can be stored for up to a month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour every liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it best through cheesecloth, making it completely strained.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, and agitate lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
